My order has only been part delivered, what do I do?
This can happen from time to time and it may be that the rest of your order is near by and on it's way. You can contact the courier for an update or alternatively you can contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to follow this up for you.
I haven't received my order yet
Usually, our orders take 2-6 business days for delivery. However there might be occurring delivery issue while the product is being shipped. Unfortunately, once the product have left the warehouse we can't control the shipment process. However if you have an problems please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up the courier service for further information.
Do you guarantee supply of goods?
Although we maintain a very accurate stock level for each product on rare occasions we will be unable to fulfill an order. Therefore we do not guarantee supply of goods. If we are not able to supply the goods that you have ordered then we will contact you by email as soon as possible so you can advise us if you would like a substitute product or a refund.

Why is the colour of my products is different from the one that's shown on the photo?
Please note due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color shown on the picture may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product.
Why I am not being redirected to Afterpay page?
